Change Motivation
open calendar when adding event from e-mail feedback that event has been successfully added
ability to check off to-do items, which adds them to a history of recently checked-off items (say, a greyed-out listing beneath the active to-do items) help remind users of what they have completed
automatically color-code different calendars help distinguish them from each other
ability to hide sidebars give more screen real estate to the calendar view when necesary
have "all campus events" tab under event-finding popup, which shows a ginormous chronological sooner-to-later listing of all campus events gives users something to idly browse when they don't have anything special in mind
event details in browse/search/listing window show up as an inserting beneath the listing of the event cuts down on number of windows, puts the information right there in context
move import/export functions to the manage calendars menu - functions would not be used on a regular basis
simplify print menu, and include an option to just print the current view of the calendar reduce the confusion of the menu
