-         Task: find career services calendar – “this is really hard… definitely not in Calendar”

o       went to To-Do tab, then Class Planner tab

o       “I thought Calendar was MY calendar and there wouldn’t be anything on it”

-         Want to be able to see subcategories under each category for career services center

-         Don’t need add button - if you sign on again the events will still be there

-         Would rather open up to have to-do list as default, instead of opening it up to “calendars” because don’t need to look at subscriptions all the time

-         SMS function should not have “by hour” reminder = too annoying!

o       3-days reminder is not necessary

o       Define what “morning” is:

§         Have option to enter specific time

-         Would be interested in being able to print out the events for the day

-         The email invite:

o       Better to put the “add to your calendar” link after the “- UCSD financial aid”

-         To-do list: add option for end-time

-         Have “search for events” in the front of the “calendars” tab

o       Search for events would open up a search engine that matches word-for-word...

o       “if I typed in concerts, would it show up porter’s pub? If I typed in career services, would it show “landing the job?”
