Interpretation notes - User BC - intermediate/external cue user:

• Didn't think career services events would be accessible through the calendar ("I thought it was MY calendar")
• While looking for CSC events, went to To-Do, then Class Planner tabs
• Clicked on "c" under a-z for career services event
• Wants subcategories of events under Career Services, while browsing
• wants to just click to add events
• wants to-do list as the default tab, rather than calendar
• hourly reminders way too annoying, 3-day notice is overkill, doesn't like vague times like "morning"
• clicked on event on calendar to add reminder
• likes being able to print out daily event
• clicked "add to calendar" link to add email event to calendar, but wants the link to be below sender's signature
• wants to-do items, when added to calendar, to have end time as well as start time
• wants to have event search box on main calendar tab
