Task: find career service events

-         click search

-         don’t know what add calendar does

-         adds event

-         suggest transparency enough to see the calendar at the same time

Task: send reminder

-         left click on event

o       feels more intuitive

o       right click is more like context menu

-         clicks on create reminder

-         clicks email

-         radio buttons

-         too many pages/shifts

-         prints out weekly schedule, maybe not daily schedule

Task: receives email

-         click “add to calendar”

-         question: does it pop up at a different screen?

o       Open calendar at new window

-         Default view

Task: to do list

-         click on deadline and shows up mini calendar

-         drags to calendar and show up

-         likes to do list on right side, and “calendar/view” tab on the left

-         when drag, want pop up bubble to have parameters

-         add check boxes to to-do list

-         have a history

-         indicator: “done” or “not done” to do list

Task: browse university events

-         click browse events/calendars

-         clicks entertainment & fun

-         suggest to have calendar pop up for all university events in monthly view

-         suggest a way to change color: right click function gives a different bubble/menu + functions rather than details of event

-         keeps a physical weekly planner to record events in addition to the weekly class schedule
